Harassment in LPG gas supply

I have a consumer with A/c No.64691 . Namratha Gas agency, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

I have booked the cylinder on 13th august with assurance for delivery on 20th August.

Till now they have not delivered. And I am roaming around their office daily. They will give irresponsible answers like." will be delivered tomarrow" every day. Even answers also in rude manner.

I hope that they are not giving any donotion to me. I am paying money to them.
