No response from the deale

I am a customer to Puneet Gas Agency, Sec-16, Rohini with customer ID 41631. I have been trying to book for a cylinder refill but for the last 10 days despite over 15-20 attempts, there is no response over the phone nos. 011-2787 2552.

It is a usual practice with this dealer wherein he either does not receive the phone calls or simply hangs it to keep it engaged.

Request for necessary action and solution.
