The Agent's phones are always off hook

Sri Rama Agencies seem to be leaving the receivers off the hook and unable to reach. Just prior to 9 am when they are expected to open, all the phones ring. After 9 am, you get a message from all the lines that the phone is busy. Even if it rings, they seem to allow it to ring and get disconnected automatically and when you try once again, the line is busy! Obviously the line which they left on the hook by mistake, and rang, is taken off and left. This happens with all the lines - BSNL, TATA Indicom, AirTel lines. This way, your request for a refill gets delayed and that delays delivery and the next time you ask for a refill, naturally some times it is within 30 days, because you could not lodge the refill request earlier.

Indane should insist all their agents to have a phone booking facility so that we can book for refills 24 x 7. They need to have a system similar to the phone complaint booking and once you boo, you must get a booking number and they should deliver as per those.

Will Indane move towards this if they really intend to provide good customer service?
