Bad Service

Dear Sir,

I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with S&P Enterprises Gas agency, Alaknanda, Kalkaji, New Delhi and my consumer number is 1466. I have booked for a refile on 3rd November over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in 3 to 4 days. But after 10 days, no supply till today. Their phone numbers always either engaged or no response against telephone calls. Please take necessary action.
