Irregular supply of gas

Dear Sir,

I, Mrs. Agnes Mathias 79 years old, i have a connection with Vidya Vasini Enterprises (Indane) at Station Road, Buxar in Bihar vide consumer No.20798. I have booked for supply of gas by home delivary, because no any other male member are at home. I am staying alone and it is very difficult to go and bring the gas in this age. Whenever I contacted the relevant person they are not responding and not respecting the elders. They use to sale the gas in other places at high rates. They use to use rough language. This is my heartly request you to kindly look in to the matter and do the needful. my blessing will be always with you.
