Dear Sir,
I am the the consumer (No- 14552) of Meerut Gas (L.P.G) Agency, Ghantaghar, Meerut City-U.P.
Today i went to the above said agency for booking a refill, the authority did not book the same and
told me that it will book after 21 days (Twentyone days). I said to them please give me this statement
in written form, they shouted on me and said to me "Ke akhbaar may say padkar chalay aatay hai k
book kar lo jaisay baap ka raj ho". Here i wish to bring in your kind notice that an R.T.I news regarding
the supply of L.P.G gas which was publish in Dainik Jagran dated 1-6-09 page no 7. According to this news
there are no such kind of compulsion of refill booking after 21 days.
They told me that "Gas tau ikkis din k he baad book hogi, tumsay jo hota ho karo lo". They were laughing
and taunting " salay in akhbaar walo k to maa ke... ja yaar ja oonhonay chaap kar hamari maar le
tu bhi maar lay agar tayray baski ho"After that i contacted Mr Rana on his mobile no-9412268471, and surprised
when Mr Rana confirmed the statements of Gas Agency's authorities.
Sir, kindly let me know now who am i? I am totaly diappointed and pray and crying for help and justice.
I with my full hope that you will help me and learn a lesson to such kind of public servant.
