Too much delay in LPG delivery

Dear Sir,

My father Mr. S.C. Sharma (15/160 c-1 soronkatra shahganj, Agra U.P.)is a consumer since more than 18 years having C. No.- 'N-6374A' of 'Nishant Gas Service' 5/185-B, Ramnagar Shahganj Agra. Ph no. 0562-2210816. Utter Pradesh. Since last year we are facing late LPG delivery problem several times.

we have booked the cylinder on date 01/08/08 last, we have been informed the date of delivery 18/08/08, but they didn't do it.

we took follow up but no positive result came out. today dt 27 Oct 08 we took follow up once more (17th time) from them, now we have been told the delivery date for tomorrow.

I do not know how a family can manage its cookings by a cylinder for such a long time. I want to brought this to the notice of appropriate indane authorities for looking into the matter.
