VERY delay and very badly behavior of the deale

Dear Sir,

I have booked a gas cylindeer on 23rd of October but I have not received my filled cylinder till todate (39days already over). Not only that, the dealer is behaving very badly manner, yesterday I gone to the dealer's office on that time one of the staff said that you can complaint we have no problem and the filled cylinder will deliver after one week only.

This is bring your kind notice that this is very ashamed from your side.

If you have a principle please help me and take the action immediately.
