Hi,
Refill for domestic LPG was booked on 13th March but the cylinder has not yet been delivered. However, status on the automated booking system (9088324365) is updated to delivered vide bill no. 12365.
There seems to be a misappropriation of refills here. This is the second such instance for this consumer no., earlier the same had happened in May.

Consumer Address = B/6, Charulata Apts., 3rd Floor, BE-8, Ravindrapally, Keshtopur, Kolkata-700101.
I have also logged-in a complaint on the toll free customer care no. (18002333555) on 30/March vide complaint no. 386080 but no action has been taken till date. Also, when I tried to know the status of resolution thorugh the same no. the tele-call person (Mr. S.K. Rehan) has said he cannot provide any information because he is not authorised to do so and also cannot take any further complaint on this.
On 13th Apr.'12, a refill was brought for delivery but I had not accepted because the delivery person did not have a cash memo / bill for the delivery.
