Not able to get refilling after booking at phone no.1260

My Consumer no. T-5485

I am a Indane consumer under agency Madhu Gas Service, Kondli Gharoli, Mayur Vihar, Phase-III, Delhi-96.

I have booked LPG on phone no.1260 on 8-1 at 12.42 PM and given a booking no.25 but till time I have not received the refilling. I have trying from the last three days to contact on the Gas agency phone no.22611514 & 22618691 but i am unable to contact the agency and it is continuously getting engaged and i am not in a position to visit the agency for booking.

It is my request also to get the gas delivered immediately and also give me another number of Madhu Gas Agency to atleast ask the status of the booking.
