I am transfered from Kaiga (Karnataka) to bhubaneswar and now residing at Nayapalli area in Bhubaneswar. On my transfer from Kaiga I had surendered my Indane gas cylinder with regulator at Kaiga and subsequently submited the document for issue of connection under transfer case at Bhubaneswar (ALKA agency at Unit -2, market building area, Bhubaneswar, orissa.) For last 6 months I am following up with ALKA agency for issue of connection but till date not able to receive the connection. Every time some pleas are maid by the agency for non issue of connection like nonavailability of gas regulator, office stationary etc for which the customer is no way to be harased. Due to non issue of gas cylinder since last 6 months I am facing lots of problem.
Kindly look into the matter and give necessary instructions to ALKA gas agency to expedite the issue.
