Cylinder not delivered

Sir,

I have booked the cylinder aound 20 day back (10th of Jan). Till not i have not the cylinder. When I enquired after 2 weeks, they told me that it was delivered on Jan 17th. I said no. When supply boy was called for this, he disconnect the phone. I really suspect, they are selling this one in the black market. Can you please take it forward.
