When applying for new Gas Connection forced to take stove

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have applied for new Gas Connection to Inder Gas Agency (Sec 11, Panchkula, Harayana). Firslty we were forced to take new Gas Stove also from them. When we refused our request for new Gas Connection was accepted. It has been more than one month (I applied for new gas connection on 30th mar) but we have not received the connection till now.

As per the Inder Gas Agency it takes 2 months times to approve a Gas Connection. I would like to understand if the time taken by Gas Agency is justified time.

Please note I am not the first user to suffer from Inder Gas Agency. Everyone who applies for new connection at this agency has to go through all this mental trauma.
