My parents name has been deleted from the voting list since a very long time. Though they have a voters card, they are still not able to vote. Also, since their name is not reflecting in any list, I and my sister are not getting a voters card. Every center that we go to, officers tell us that the voters card can not be made because our parents name is not there. Please advise. We want to vote as responsible citizens.
