My order no 11238 with india-gifts-mall was placed online on 4th Nov and was supposed to be delivered to my brother (Gautam Sabharwal) in London, UK on 6th Nov for Bhaiya Dooj.
I paid for this by my HDFC credit card--an amount of Rs. 1, 520/- only.
The order was for a thali containing roli etc and a box of 500gm laddus. My special instructions while placing the order stated very clearly that it should be delivered by 6th Nov latest.
Since then, I have sent emails to india-gifts on 7th, 12th, 16th and 19th November.
Now they have even stopped responding to my emails.
The package has NOT been delivered till date and neither am I interested in delivery as it was for the specific occasion of Bhaiya Dooj which is long over.
On checking the website s "My Account", this is what I find:

If this kind of malpractice is allowed, people s faith in online shopping will be over.
