I got a policy done from one of the agents/employee of India Infoline (Manish - cell no. 09971390020). The policy is ICICI Pru Life Stage Assure.
My complaint is that I was not given complete details of the policy by Manish & also given false promise of free gift i.e. gold coin, which I hav'nt got till date
The most annoying thing is that he does not pick up my phone.
Is this the way, you deal with your customers.
My policy is still in the free look period & if I do not hear anything on this complaint within next 2 days, I am going to return my policy
