India Infoline SEBI
Unauthorised Trade .. No Action

I have a demat a/c with IndiaInfoline. There was unauthorised trade in my a/c. Instead of 4 times they used about 25 times exposer to book me a loss of my entire a/c value, without my knowledge.

When contacted their Branch Manager (kolkata) TUHIN DAS did not take the call. from the customer care the reply was like .. "The RM who operated the A/c has left the job.. so there is none to take responsibility of the Loss"

I have lodged complain to SEBi as well, but without any result.

Now I am again facing similar Problem with Religare Commodities as well.

IS THERE ANY WAY THAT SMALL INVESTERS CAN BE GIVEN JUSTISE.

PLEASE HELP...
