IRREGULAR OPENING OF 'MIS' ACCOUNT

On 02 Feb 09 I had applied for opening a MIS account (no- 9009424) in my post office ie, 663 FPO, which is under no.1CBPO, New Delhi. I had deposited a cheque No. 302857 (HDFC Bank) ammount- Rs 120000, payable to - 1CBPO (SB), dtd: 31 Jan 09. It was told to me by the post master of my branch (663 FPO) that it would take few days to open my account for the clearence of my cheque and the opening confirmation date will be informed by Head post office (1 CBPO). As per my bank statement it was found that the cheque has been cleared and the amount has been deducted from my account on 09 Feb 09. Still the confermation about the opening of my MIS account and effective date of opening has not yet informed by 1 CBPO to my local post office, ie, 663 FPO. As a result I am not getting any interest from my account. please solve my problem as early as possible and reduce my tension.
