Indian Bank ATM

I tried to withdraw Rs. 500/- in Indian Bank (Velachery Main Road) ATM, But got only Rs 400/- from that ATM and Rs 500/- deducted from my SCB Account. ATM Did not given option to me to get the print of the transaction slip.

There is no any security in that ATM and Bank was also closed for Vijaya Dasami. So i could not able to make complaint in this regard.

Kindly advice me in this regard.
