Non redressal of complaints

Dear Sirs,

What is the procedure for redressal of complaints made on this forum? Whether these are forwarded to the concerned departments to get their views on the subject matter? So far the complaints made against no water in EG Block Inder Puri, have no affect on Delhi Jal Board nor any reply has been received through this forum. Will the authorities of Forum will attend to this issue on our behalf?
