Not delivery at commited period and blackmarketing

Hi,

This is complaint against Gurgaon Gas Service, delhi-mehroli road, Gurgaon. I booked my gas on 16 th July 08, and we were said to deliver gas cylinder on or before 27th July 08. On 27th july, the gas delivery man mr. Israj came into Patel nagar street (where we residing) and delivered gas to some persons who booked on 15 or 16 th july but not to us. As i communicated with their office on phone, they said today your gas was to deliver on same day and your gas slip has been issued. But till date (29 july), I did n't get delivery of Gas cylinder. This is 3rd & 4 th time that the delivery man give cylinder on some other person at higher prices on slip of geniune person. I also told him about it and told that i'll complaint about you then he replied go & do it, no use.

Please could you kindly look into this matter.
