I want to know that in my account there is some mistake in the balance. i have complain for the same many a times in your helpline number. the customer executive (Mr. RAJ) said to me that we will check on 17-07 and send u a email. but till 21-07 at 11:30 am i haven't receive the email. i have check the A/C status on the digicomp, the balance was 302.92 but in the tatasky section the balance is 277.02. as per my record the balance should be 358.70 (and u can verify by the statement no - 21289534, statement date- 01/07 and statement period - 01/06 to 30/06). so i request u to reply me within 24 hrs

but till 25-07 at 05:15 pm i haven't receive the email

very very poor customer help line
