We had placed an order for the delivery of a bouquet yesterday afternoon, i.e. on 9th Maywith Indian Flower Plaza online services. When contacted with the customer care executive today, i.e. on 10th May, the person told that it'll be delivered by 9.00 pm. Again when contacted on the same day at 8.00 pm, the customer care executive told in a very rude manner that the order has been cancelled and the bouquet can't be delivered, and the confirmation mail for the same has been sent. But we didn't recieve any such mail from their end, and when we tried to contact on the same no., the lady never bothered to pick up the call and told once and for all that she's not our servant.
Its clear that these people are cheating with the customers by taking their card details and not delivering the orders and not even being bothered to inform the customers about the same.
We again wrote a mail to the owner today, i.e. 11th May at 7.45 pm that the bouquet hasn't been delivered and neither do we want it anymore, for which the reply came that the order has already been delivered. The bouquet finally got delivered today, i.e. 11th May at 9.20 pm, which was supposed to be delivered in the morning or latest by afternoon. We want a proper justification for the same by the service provider.
