Gas delevery delay

Dear Sir,

I registered a gas cylinder on 22th july at Alpha - II Krisna Gas Agency, Greater Noida, U.P. which is not delivered till now. (29 july)

On telephone they say me today they delever my gas. Delivery man says that they (Krisna Gas Agency) did not give any gas registered to me.
