Change of Consumer Name and tranfer to Darbhanga Bihar to Hyderabad

I have a gas connection in my Grand father name at M/s Godavari Gas service at Darbhnga Bihar. My Grand father & grand mother expired. Now I am with my husand at Hyderabad.

I want to transfer that connection to my name and transfer to Hyderbad.
