Non booking of gas cylinde

Dear sir,

My consumer no. is CGS 5625R. I am a resident of lucknow and continuously trying to book my refill but online booking service

is repeatedly referring to my booking and delivery of cylinder dated 10th feb where as after 21 days they should book my fresh gas refill.

Kindly if possible book my gas.
