Non delivery of refill Cylinde

Dear Sir,

Ref: My Consumer No-26257

I had givern for a refill for a Cylinder on 02-10 with an assurance of getting delivery within 5 days. I had got an assurance pn 05th of delivery immediately the same day.

Till now the cylinder is not delivered to my address.

As i have run out of stock of Gas i request you to help me in this regard
