Dear Sir,
I am a domestic consumer of LPG Cylinder from your distributor M/s Shri Vighnesh Indane, Dist. Code- 69190002, Dhanbad. In this connection, we would like to inform you that we are not getting LPG cylinder regularly. They are not even booking the cylinder before 21 days from the issue of one LPG cylinder. We are facing problem due to this as my family is big and consumption of gas in my family is high. However, LPG cylinder is available with a higher price to every one at your above mentioned distributor.
In this above context we would like to know whether there is any provision of 21 days period gap between issues of successive LPG cylinders. Further we would like to know whether there is any system with Indian Oil Corporation to monitor whether genuine domestic consumers are getting LPG without any difficulties.
Further I request you kindly give me the address of your Information officer under the Right to Information Act.
