Non reciept of LPG cylinde

My customer id no. is 16233 and my dealer's name is Nair Gas Service. I booked my LPG on 23rd of Jan but still waiting for my turn to come.

Indian Oil is providing very poor service to consumers. I wish u will help me to resolve the matter at your earliest.
