Erratic supply of gas

Dear sir,

I am a costumer of IOC costumer no5, Vikram Enterprises, Bokaro steel city, Jharkhand. As per IOC rule I am booking for re-fill cylinder after 21 days, and the concerned enterprises is taking another 12-15 days to supply gas. It means I had to wait 35-37 days to get my gas via proper route. This encourages the black marketing.
