NOT GETTING THE ADDITIONAL CYLINDER

I am Mini, Pallikkaveetil House, Thundathumkadavu, Varapuzha, Ernakulam District, Kerala, Pin-683517. My existing IOC indane consumer number of M/s Chittoorappan gas agencies, Edayakunnam, Ernakulam district, Kerala is 9533. In 27 June I have booked for an addtional gas cylinder at M/s Super Gas agencies, Elamakkara, Ernakulam -as on those days they were my agency. They have given me a waiting list priority number W.L. No 2382. Few months ago all ioc gas connection in my area shifted to M/s Chittoorappan Gas agencies. I have not yet received the applied additional cylinder sanctioned. From some reliable sources I came to know that all those who have applied before june have got their additional cylinder.
