Constant irregular supply

I am register with consumer no. Af 19801with rainbow gas sec 28 faridabad i booked gas on 11/02 on booking i was assured that the gas supply will be available to me in a weeks time till writing of this mail, inspite of repeated reminders gas has not been supplied this is not the first time. the gas supply this agency is supplied in 15 days or more then 15 days i request to take necessary action against agency. last Time i visited the agency and incidentally met Mr. Morya the area manager. Though his remarks not in Favors of consumer i got the supply after 12 days from the date of booking. A thorough investigation is needed for this
