Misbehaviour by employee and nonavailaibility of oil (normal) regural basis

In a indian oil pump near paltan bazar dibrugarh, assam, (near brahmaputra hospital) there is chronically nonavalaibility of normal oil only extra premium is available and if some boby complain then the petrol pump owner and the employee uses slang and tell they will beat if anyboby complain against them.

kindly look into the matter urgentlyotherwise it will bring a very bad name for indian oil corporation. There should be vigilance from your side.
