Amount of 12020 debited from icici account while using faulty atm of Indian Overseas Bank at sector 28 Fardiabad though no cash withdrawi allowed

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This refers mentioned subject problem while using Indian Overseas Bank atm located in sector -28 faridabad though no cash withdrawal allowed, it happened on 05.07.08, Time 20 :30 P.M. but a sum of Rs. 1- found transaction effected on the same day when I visited

ICICI Bank atm at sector -29 Faridabad.

The corresponding complaint has already been logged to Indian Overseas Bank as well as with ICICI bank, but after so many frequent reminders through e-mails no satisfactory reply received therefore you are requested to resolve the issue &arrange to return the sum of 12020 along with interest charges and liquidated damages due to mental agony and undue pressure, to my ICICI bank saving account no.-003101514133 maintained at Sector -18 Noida.
