I had an unfortunate experience in using the ATM of Indian Overseas Bank near Rajbhavan Road next to Pratual Honda show Room with my ICICI Bank Card.

I went to withdraw Rs. 16000/- to pay for taking delivery of two wheeler (Honda Activa New Model Booking Period 40 Days) at Pratul Honda Show Room.

While my account was debited by the ATM without giving the cash to me. I brought this to the attention of Indian Overseas Bank but they asked me to contact ICICI Bank. On contacting the ICICI Bank they said that since the ATM was of Indian Overseas Bank they should solve the problem.

I am being unnecessary harassed by both these Banks who are shuttling the problem to one to the other.

When I took to this up strongly with ICICI Bank they said they require 12 days sort out the problem.

This is too long and I will be losing heavy Interest as I have to pay the shortage through my credit card.

Both the banks are not concerned about this and are not taking any urgent steps to rectify the problem immediately.

As I heard such complaints from my friends also, I am sure such problems occur with other common public who use the ATM of different Banks and I request that some action be taken immediately to correct such mistakes.
