Issues in IOB Internet Banking!

Dear Sir,

This is regarding to the software bugs in the iob website., The Session is often getting expired (when i dont use it for about 2 to 3 mints it yields an internal server error.) The internet banking system is too bad.. When ever i try to buy products on internet, through IOB account, the iob web site yields error It's a major issue. Please build a quality website!.
