Debit Card not received after expiry in January

My debit card with Indian Overseas Bank is expired in January and nowadays i draw money only through debit card. I had given my renewal application for fresh debit card for the expired one in august since I could not give immediately in january as I went out of station.

I am working for L.I.C of India in Mylapore Branch and am having my S.B.A/C no:3389 in I.O.B East Mada Street Branch, Mylapore, chennai 600 004. I had given the renewal application and checked with the officer concerned whether he has sent the same and entered in the register meant for it.

But to my utter dismay after waiting for nearly 3 months I could not get my renewed debit card for the a/c mentioned above.

Even the Officer concerned is not able to reply properly and what is the exact problem.

hence am writing this e-mail.

I need a speedy solution to my problem i.e renewed debit card at once. Am having S.B.a/c in 3 more banks where without any renewal application they send the new card immediately after the expiry of the existing card.

That is why people are going out of Nationalised banks fold.
