Dear Sir,
I have submitted my passport application form on Dt.27-11-08 and the police verification is being completed on Dt.07-01-09 at local police station in Sanbalpur. When I checked for the status I found my that the spelling of my name is wrong (it is coming Sachikanta Mishra instead of Sucharita Mishra) although I had given the correct spelling in my application form. The status is coming as Police report is incomplete & the case is being examined although the police verification is being completed.
