Delay in issue of passport

Sir/madam, this is in reference to my passport application, file no- p-034217, applied on 15/05/08. I see the online status everyday, in which it is showing, police report has not been submitted, inspite of its submission. I request you to kindly give me the right position of my passport, as it is already more than three months now. yours faithfully, seema choudrie
