Non receipt of Money orde

I had sent a money order of Rs. 3500/ from the GPO kolkata 700001 on 11/5 vide receipt no M 2158 and sent to the following address:

Ila Bhanja Chowdhury, Ajiteshnagar, P.O. kalyaneswari - 713369, Dt. Burdwan, West Bengal.

It has still not been received by her who is a senior citizen and staying alone. This was intended for her to purchase necessary medication. Kindly look into the matther and help to resolve this issue at the earliest.
