Delay in Delivery of Speed Post from Hyderabad to Pudhucherry

Sir,

Non delivery of an important letter from Hyderabd to Pudhucherry.

I have sent a speed post Ref. No: SPEN4176286431N dt. 30 July from Hyderabad to P.Vengatachalam, I-42 Viduthalai Nagar, Pudhucherry 605 004.

Till to day (3 August) the speed post is not delivered.

This has happed second time with me. In the name of speed post delivery is made very slow.

I request you to look into the matter & resolve the issue.
