Registered Post not delivered

My husband sent me a "Registered Post/Article" from Singapore on 17th Nov. Registered Article's number is RR672690788SG. So far I didn't receive it. When I am referring to singapore postal website www.singpost.com, the status is displayed as despatched to overseas on 17th Nov. I shows that my "Registered Article" reached India. But I could not get any information where it is gone after reaching India.

But there was another registered post sent from india to singapore, which was reached singapore with in 6 days of posting.

Please do the needful.
