Delivering letters late

This is to inform you that letter sent on 8/6/09 was deliverd on 30/6/09 due to which I could not sell the shares in open offer. This post man delivers letters after ten days even they are posted from mumbai. I request Indian postal to close the buisness and allow outsiders to run the same. These officers and their subordinates behave as if they are protected by higher ones. I cannot understand why their is so much delay. The officers must study the problem and increase the work force if needed at samta nagar kandivali east mumbai India
