Delay in Transfer of KVP's

Dear Sir,

I had submitted a request in prescribed format to Post Master Modipuram, Meerut for transfer of my KVP certificates from Lakhimpur Khiri & Haidergarh (Barabanki) to Modipuram, Meerut on 17-07. It should be transfered with in 20 days as per the website of Indian Post Office but even after a period of more than 4 months these are not transfered by the respective Postoffices to the reasons best known to them.

I 'll be greatful if this forum camn help me.
