About wrong ticket by ticket clerck

Respected Sir I brought a ticket for Bhubaneswar from Balasore today at 03:27 pm. and asked him to give me that ticket for "JANSHTABDHI EXP".

But that clerck gave me a simple mail/exp ticket.

I was in hurry at that time so I didnot check that ticket.

When I reached my destination station the TC fined me Rs.392/- for viewing wrong ticket.

now I want a true and clear Justice regarding this.
