I have purchased a Ticket (PNR No. 822-8974891 dated 1.03.09) at Habibganj Ticket Counter Bhopal M.P. for journey for two people (My Father and Sister) from Itarsi to Varanasi in Tatkal quota. For which I paid full fare from
Mumbai CST to Varanasi. In my request form i have mentioned boarding at Itarsi. But today when my father went for boarding at train it was told by passenger on his birth that this birth is alloted to him by TC.Kindly Look into matter and take n.a..I hope strong measure shall be taken and acknowledge to me also.
