Due to error message from your host computer while payment through credit card the booking was done twice for the same family, same date and for same train (i.e. for Rajdhani Express 2951). Booking date was 1-3and boarding on 12-5. The PNR nos for both the tickets are 8110044186 (used ticket) and 8310042971) unused ticket). As per Mr. V.P. Indoria's letter dat. 16-7 (Ref. No. IRCTC/ERTD/Refunds/E-tickets) "The refund will be proceed by zonal railways". But till today I have not received any refunds (Rs. 5305) as well as any correspondence. Also I wanted to know that whether we can book two tickets for same family, for same train and for same date?
