CHANGE OF ALLOTTED BERTH NO PRINTED ON TICKET

I am residing in Daman. On 17.11.08 I booked Tatkal ticket from Udwada Station (between Vapi and Valsad) for Trivandrum-Bikaner Express, (6312). I opted for two lower berths for my aged parents and got the same. PNR 410-2508882. Coach S2 and seat 57 LB, 60 LB. But on boarding the train they found that both berths are upper berth. This was very difficult for them. Somehow other passengers helped them and gave their lower births. But I cannot understand why it came wrong in ticket. I would not have taken the tickets if it shown upper berth.

Concerned officers please check while allotting seats especially for old peoples because every time cannot expect help from other peoples. If it was a computer error that should be corrected immediately. If its part of a new berth introduced in side berth then please number all the berths first and then start issuing the tickets. Otherwise fellow passengers are going to suffer.
