Inconvenience in travelling as Indian railway added one more bith in the coach

I booked a ticket for 2 through an authoirsed agent for 25.11.2008 in Kashi V express.

One of the passenger was a lady with a kid. The birth nos were 33 and 36. I had to give rs. 100 to the agent just to get the lower births. On the ticket too it was mentioned lower birth against both nos.

To my supprise when boarding the train found both now are upper births. Thats because a birth was added to the side.

Many passengers were facing so problem. When checked sites like indianrail.gov.in there were no updates until today.
