Respected sir,

I would inform you that, I omprakash verma, purchase a ticket from booking clerk, for DILDARNAGAR JUNCTION to PATNA, After that i got a train for PATNA.When the train arrive for patna, that time Ticket cheker, cheque my ticket and fine charged on me Rs. 259.

sir, what my fault here, incase of, I have already purchased ticket.

TICKET CHEQUER: told me that, this is a super express train,

I want to say that, If "SUPER EXPRESS" train was standing on the platform then, why should booking clerk given me "EXPRESS TRAIN" ticket. and I also want to know that, what a different between SUPER EXPRESS TRAIN & EXPRESS TRAIN.How people visually distitnguish it.

This matter was done on with me,

At MAGADH SUPER EXPRESS, TRAIN NO.- 2402, FT NO.- B048953, DATED-27/12

(Note- I also given written complain at patna juction, complain no.464/27.12.18.30, But I dont get any responds till now.)
